  1. This was a very satisfying day! Double Dessert will continue until I exhaust myself experimenting with the Ninja Creami and/or I clear out a satisfactory amount of space in my freezer that is currently being occupied by the absurd amount of pints of diet ice cream I bought on discount pre-Creami ownership lmao. B/L/D on the left, desserts/snacks on the right.

    Breakfast- Light and Fit Toasted Marshmallow yogurt mixed w/ PB powder, topped with 1/2 Honeycrisp apple, 1/2 banana, cinnamon. 247

    Snack 1 (I have this after my “lunch”)- ice cream cone with small portion of Creami pint (cals for that below). 15

    Lunch- Creamy Cajun spaghetti squash/turkey/veg bake volumized with coleslaw mix and topped with greek yogurt, hot sauce, green onions and cilantro. 329

    Dinner- Chicken Caesar pasta w/ Trader Joe’s Lemon Torchietti pasta and baby broccoli. 548

    Dessert 1- Ridiculous Brownie sundae w/ Nick’s Raspberry Swirl and Halo Top S’mores ice creams. 185

    Dessert 2- Rest of Creami pint. I made this one based off of my recipe for protein fluff (in comment post history, use almond milk in place of the ice). This one had snickerdoodle protein powder, butterscotch SF pudding mix, and I swirled/topped it with half of a homemade vegan ginger molasses cookie. 197
