I pre-logged dinner and was expecting to be at 1547, which I was fine with, but once it came rune for dinner I realized my serving looked quite large in compare to what was left for my bf, so I put back a generous spoonful and reweighed my bowl…and the new amount brought my total to 1500 exactly haha. It’s just fun hitting that exact number.

I loosely track macros in that i aim for a minimum amount of protein, but when i hit my protein/fat/carbs/fibre right on the mark it’s so satisfying
