    Breakfast was a bacon egg and cheese, a coffee, and blueberries for 426 calories

    Lunch was stir fried cauliflower rice with 100g of egg whites for 218 calories

    Dinner was chicken tacos with refried beans, onions, and cheese with salsa verde for 664 calories

    Snack was one apple for 95 calories and half a tub of chocolate arctic zero for 80 calories.

    Also don’t be concerned about the calories under. I run often and my Apple Watch is connected to my weightloss app.
