    **Ingredients**

    * 2.11 cups (500 ml) of milk
    * 0.44 cups (100 gr) of dark chocolate
    * 1 packet of vanilla sugar
    * 2 tbsp of sugar
    * 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    * 2 tsp of agar agar

    **Instructions**

    1. Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces, and gather the sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and agar agar.
    2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the chopped dark chocolate, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined, making sure to eliminate any lumps.
    3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue stirring the mixture until it starts to warm up.
    4. Once the milk is warm, add the agar agar to the saucepan and continue stirring.
    5. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, continuing to stir to ensure that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
    6. Once the mixture has thickened, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour it into a milk carton mold. Make sure to leave some space at the top of the mold for the pudding to expand as it cools.
    7. Let the pudding cool to room temperature before transferring it to the refrigerator. Allow it to chill for at least 6 hours or until it is fully set.
    8. When you’re ready to serve, remove the pudding from the refrigerator and carefully unmold it onto a plate. Garnish with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings if desired.
