  1. Another day living my best Dessert-filled life! The Creami is quickly becoming my favorite purchase of 2023. Here’s the breakdown:

    Breakfast- Usual weekday breakfast of a Light and Fit Toasted Marshmallow yogurt cup mixed w/ 12g PB powder and topped with half a Honeycrisp apple, half a banana, and cinnamon. Large black coffee as well. 244

    Lunch: This week’s meal-prep of Creamy Cajun Spaghetti Squash/Turkey/Veg bake topped with greek yogurt, cilantro, green onion, and hot sauce. 332

    Snack/Dessert 1: Small portion of today’s Creami pint (details and cals for full recipe below) on a cake cone. 15

    Dinner: Chili Cornbread bake topped w/ greek yogurt, cilantro, green onion, pickled jalapeños (and lots of hot sauce post-pic lol) 540

    Dessert 2: Daily brownie sundae w/ a Ridiculous Brownie, Nick’s Raspberry Swirl and Halo Top Cookie Dough ice creams, SF chocolate syrup, and light whip. 198

    Dessert 3: Rest of Creami pint. This one was a super fudgey dark chocolate made with SF chocolate pudding mix, SF chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, and almond milk. I swirled/topped it with 1/4 of a Ridiculous Brownie, 8g PB powder, SF syrup, and light whip. OMFG delicious and so rich! 178
