    RECIPE

    The dressing is Greek yogurt, an avocado, 2 chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, and water to thin it out a bit. I also blended it, obviously.

    The spices that I incorporated into the rice and sweet potato are: salt, chili powder, chipotle powder, cumin, coriander, black pepper, garlic powder. There was also salt, balsamic, and a little oil on the kale, salt on the black beans, salt on the tofu. The red things are pickled onions.

    The tofu is dipped in egg and then panko crumbs and put in the air fryer for about 15 minutes. The sweet potato is baked in tin foil for about an hour and then mashed.
