Hello!
First post, hope this format is alright. I live near this manufactures head quarters so we get a lot of donated chicken out here.
I have a budget of about $100-$130/wk and I’ve also got an 8 yr old to keep in mind.
I was shocked that it was already breaded with time. I have given about 1/4 of it away and fried another 1/4.
Storing 1/2 of the remainder at my boyfriends because the load was double the size of my feeezer!!!
I’m interested in possibly de-breading it? Not sure how I could go about that seamlessly unless I just thawed it completely out and then picked it off and then washed for good measure?
Thanks you!!!
Tldr; up to 20lbs of frozen breaded chicken “fritters”, budget of $100/wk. &I’m okay with making chicken our primary protein for weeks.
What the fudge do I do with all this?

I am calorie conscious but I really don’t care as long as I can get this food cooked.
My main concern is my son.
He is sensitive to food textures mixing, but he IS a life-long advocate of chicken lol, so we have some leeway with that. He loves pasta. Rotini and penne are his fave then spaghetti. I spoiled him with vodka sauce too much when he was little 🤦🏻♀️
So we like Italian and Mexican themes foods. I’m open to Asian cuisine suggestions as I haven’t considered that before. He is NOT a fan of any beyond “mild” spicy. (I season our food separately often)
