I am watching a TV show, and one of the guests went to a North Korean restaurant in Seoul.
One of the dishes they got, the name when the Americans said it kind of sounds like … injeong? It’s a mock meat made out of soybeans, filled with rice, and with some red sauce on top. Is the soy part similar to tofu skin/yuba?
They also got a dish called dubu bap that came with a different sauce to spread on top. Does anyone have any recommended recipes for either of these dishes?
It was also mentioned that there are more mock meat recipes in North Korea due to food scarcity. Does anyone have any recommended websites to learn how to make more vegetarian North Korean dishes?

i’m not sure if you misunderstood or if the show is wrong, but Seoul is in South Korea. perhaps you’re confusing it because it’s in northern South Korea?
