Attempting to eat a lot more protein to do a body recomp. This is half my daily needed amount! For reference I’m 5’1″, 156 lbs, going for 100g protein per day, weight lifting 3x a week.

Slathered a huge amount of Trader Joe’s Green Goddess seasoning on the chicken breast, then air fried. Steamed raw sweet potato in the microwave for 7 mins. Broc was steamed yesterday, so just reheated. Tossed both with salt & pepper. Added a drizzle of low cal maple syrup to the sweet potatoes.
