    Legumes (beans and lentils)! Leafy greens (only cabbage there, whereas there are also spinach, kale, collards, broccoli, chard, mustard greens, bok choy, and so much more)! Grains (only corn there, whereas there are also rice, wheat, barley, oats, quinoa, amaranth, teff, millet, and so many more)!
