The end result was incredible. I was able to get that crunch- more so around the edges. I didn’t take a photo of the second pizza, but you can see the dough cracked right down the middle during the curing. It might be because I was showing off to my wife how dry the dough was and picked it up and pretended it was a steering wheel. Would not suggest. Kept it on the parchment onto the stone. Also hand a handful of Neapolitans going on at same time using Forkish recipe in the OONI
