Bit of a unique recipe but here it goes
3lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chicken broth
2 TB paprika
10oz sour cream
1 TB corn starch
18oz spaetzle (uncooked)
Salt, pepper to taste
Add the chicken, broth, onion, and paprika to the crock and cook for 4-5 hours on low. Turn the crock to high and shred chicken. Mix the sour cream and corn starch. Start boiling the spaetzle. After 30 min of turning to high stir in the mix of sour cream and corn starch. Switch crock to keep warm and stir in Spaetzle. Salt and pepper to taste.
