Made Kenji’s Turchetta. It was fantastic. Big big hit for Easter gathering. Forgot to save a pic. And ashamed to admit I held some back for samwiches tmrw … Protip: Make a lot more than you think. So you have leftovers and don’t have to make your guests go home without takeout pkgs. 😂

I did this for one of the Covid Thanksgivings and couldn’t travel. It was spectacular.
