Just wanted to share this delicious recipe that is really filling. The dark and medium rye flour is 19% dietary fibre, while the light one is 11%.

Each serving is 125 kcal, and the bread is slightly sweet so it goes really well with a boiled egg, salted chickpea spread or smoked meat.
It freezes really well, but will also stay fresh for at least a week if kept in the fridge.
Since making this for the first time I’ve been eating a slice for breakfast every day, and another one in the evening. It keeps me full for a good while.
