it is very delicious and very fun to
make

i have used
kale
spinach
zucchini
yellow bell pepper
a onion
and a habanero pepper

for my seasonings i have used
salt
pepper
cayenne peoper
garlic powder
onion powder
some chili flakes
and some paprika

what i’ve done is cook down my spinach, then i added my chopped onions, in so my onions can brown up a bit, then i added my bell peppers and my hot pepper in the mix, then i added my seasonings in

after everything has been cooked down i blend all my vegetables up little by little with some almond milk or water. so you don’t blow your motor.
once everything is 100% blended and you don’t see any kale granulas left
i cook my macaroni elbows until al dente
then i strain them and save a bit of pasta water for the flavour.
once that’s done i beat 4 eggs 3/4s cup of milk and i add my mexican blend cheese. then i add my creamy vegetable blend and my egg milk cheese mixture. then i add a tiny bit of cayenne pepper for a kick. once that’s done i let it sit overnight

then i bake for 35-45 minutes

then viola it’s all done.

ITS A 20/10 my friends say that they don’t taste the vegetables in it and that it’s super super good. one of my friends is very picky and he hates vegetables so it’s going to be a really good hidden trick i’m going to do.
