•Use the rice function on the instant pot with 1c of quinoa rice mix & 1c water
•Pan-sear salt & peppered chicken thigh in olive oil on medium high heat
•Toss broccoli and carrot in olive oil and roast at 350 for 5 minutes
•Once chicken is browned on both sides finish off on the bottom shelf of air fryer until reaches 165°
•I sauteed garlic & onion in olive oil, added a leftover mushroom demi glace I had, then tossed the veggies in it
•Daikon kimchi was from GMart
