Only 21 Hong I would change is the glass coffee bean containers. I would have a look for some brown glass ones instead. Just so light doesn’t get to the beans. Other than that I am very jealous indeed

Can someone please help me to understand why a lot of people keep the holder not in group head between brews? I always keep them there, so when I heat up the machine I will heat up the portafilter as well.

Is that pump thingy on top of your grinder effective? I’m asking because I beat the shit out of my grinder every time I make coffee and I imagine that can’t be good for it
