Bakeries in Austin that use stone ground organic wheat flour (such as Barton Spring Mill flour) for their bread?

    Abby Jane bake shop is next door to Barton Spring Mills out in Dripping Springs and uses their flours exclusively.

    According to their website, Texas French Bread Bakery does seem to offer bread baked using **organic** flour. I did not see any reference to “stone-milled” flour anywhere though.

    Easy tiger uses some, Texas french bread, sour duck, Sanford sourdough.
    Casper fermentables, jinx bread, Abby Jane, and The Sourdough Project use only Barton Springs Mill flour.
