New to town – where can I find a great Reuben? I want bread basically drenched in butter then grilled until it’s golden-brown, reasonably proportionate amount of quality pastrami/corned beef, tons of melted Swiss and a mudslide of Thousand Island. This pic ain’t it. Much appreciated.

This looks awful. Like processed corned beef or something pre-packaged from a super market. Go to brents or langers.
