No mention of Counter Cafe, a burger Texas Monthly called the 2nd best in Texas? But an average chain restaurant burger from P Terrys? You are in the wrong biz, man. You might be better suited to reviewing things like Pressure Washers, stuff that doesn’t involve taste, texture and flavor.
