The shrimp and scallop burrito, grilled, is fantastic. The salsa bar is hard to beat.

Anyone know why the Echo Park location always feels so half-assed? They have a good location and a nice spacious space with a full bar, but it’s like they’re trying to run it to the ground by keeping the place so bare and cold looking, painting all the windows white, not even trying to look inviting. The menu is fine, and the grilled fish taco plate used to be my favorite, but they are SO inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good, other times it’s barely edible. What gives?
