We love this place. We have most of our family celebration dinners there. The pea shoots are ungodly good. So crazy that something so simple can be so delicious. Best xiao long bao (soup dumplings) I have ever had. Miso lamb, Dan Dan…you get the picture. It’s all incredible. They have the creepiest and funniest dessert too. Chocolate mousse French bulldog puppy filled with raspberry compote. Birthday celebrant gets to cut off the head lol.

Agreed. It’s awesome. But skip the Dan Dan noodles; they were rather ordinary. If you’re with a group, I recommend the whole steamed fish.

If you never been outside of Austin and want have dim sum, this is the only place because there is just no competition in the city. I’m Chinese and I can tell you this place and its whole chain doesn’t have a good reputation in the Chinese community. In other word, the creation is purely a disgrace to authentic Chinese cuisine.

Great food and service.

Seems like I had a different experience than most but after my first time eating here I was left thinking no way I’m coming here again. The service was awful, though the food was yummy (as it should be for the wild prices).
I waited 10 minutes to be greeted, and reminded my server about the tea I had ordered when I was first greeted when he brought the check. He was like “oh yep it’s almost ready” or whatever and I noticed the tea wasn’t on the check he presented. I thought, “that’s nice, at least they didn’t charge me for it” and then when the bill was returned after payment I saw they had added the tea on after taking my payment. It really rubbed me the wrong way after a series of other frustrations throughout the meal.
