    **Cottage Cheese Pepperoni Crackers**

    Low carb, quick and very satisfying crackers. I like to add salty pepperoni and dip in pizza sauce. Plain crackers with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning is very good too.

    **Ingredients:**

    Whole fat cottage cheese

    Pepperoni rounds (thin)

    Warmed pizza sauce

    Optional: seasoning of your choice

    **Directions:**

    Pre heat the oven to 350°

    Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

    Place 1 TBSP of cottage cheese on the parchment paper.

    Space out your blobs, try not to let them touch.

    Press to flatten with the back side of the spoon.

    Add a thin pepperoni slice to the top of each cracker.

    Bake for 25 minutes to desired doneness, rotate the pan as necessary.

    When finished cooking, let them sit on the parchment to set, it will be easier to pull off.

    Dip the pepperoni crackers in warm pizza sauce.

    Optional Version:

    Bake plain cottage cheese crackers and dip in to your favorite dip.

    Season as you wish.

    Everything Bagel Seasoning is good.

    Garlic salt.
