Brownie Batter:
1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, Biscoff Spread, and melted butter. 2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition. 3. Stir in vanilla extract. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the Biscoff mixture, mixing by hand until well combined.
Baking:
1. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. 2. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. 3. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan. 4. Cut into squares and enjoy! 5. Add melted Biscoff spread and a cookie for a perfect touch (optional).
