The rind of St Agur and most blues will be pretty crazy. I think you are good but it is up to you. The cheese looks like it’s been in the wrap for a while but that doesn’t mean its not good.

That’s actually pretty standard for St. Agur – the rind is a little cooked, but nothing I would worry about. Just give the piece a quick pat dry and scrape, and it shouldn’t affect the taste.

This is normal for St Agur. But damn, you really shouldn’t be taking the foil off of the rind like that if you’re storing it in plastic. They need a new cheese monger.
