Very tasty, tender quesabirria in a small food truck lot just south of the JD Supermarket. They also have birria ramen, a birria sandwich, quesadilla, etc. Arguably a bit steep at $4.50 for one taco, but cheaper if you get a more. Only open on weekends, I think.
