
The snack boxes are definitely still working for us, everyone is feeling better for smaller portions at more frequent intervals. I’ve made 3 days worth for husband, myself and 19yo.
This week we have (clockwise from top left):

2. [Pumpkin, Broccoli and Chickpea Winter Salad](https://www.lacigale.co.nz/recipes/pumpkin-broccoli-and-chickpea-winter-salad/) – we were out of plain greek yogurt so I used sour cream in the dressing, it went rather solid.
3. Poached chicken breast with oven roasted zucchini.

5. Apple, honeydew and rockmelon.
6. Chobani yogurt.
