    Many casual HK or Cantonese eateries will have this. If it’s not on the menu, you can ask by showing the picture.

    Cafe de Coral like, in Hong Kong?

    Most HK style cafes these days are in Markham or Richmond Hill. Nothing great in the city proper.

    If you just want scrambled eggs like your pic and nothing else however honestly just learn to make them, it takes literally 30 seconds and just a fry pan, some eggs and maybe some corn starch mixed with water.

    Depends how you’re defining ‘near Toronto’ but I like these spots:

    D&R Wings
    Cafe De Hong Kong
    Hollywood Cafe

    I feel like you could probably ask any Hong Kong style place for “wham poa chow dan” and give it a shot.

    Ho Garden at Woodbine/16th do a sandwich like this and it’s great.
