Where are you located? The single biggest concern you should have for your machine is how easy it is to get it fixed. A Slayer or other specialty machine would be rad to have and use, but if there’s only one tech in your state that can fix it, the machine going down could be fatal to your business. This is why La Marzocco is used so frequently – there’s LM techs everywhere and parts are easy to come by.
