Since the thread is empty so far, anyone want to share the places they like going to? I’ll start.

– **Potato Noodle Soup of Bai** (southeast on top floor/food court), the Shaanxi/Xi’an cold wheat noodles with sesame sauce (liangpi) and the pork “burger” are arguably my 2 favourite savoury things in the food court
– the **lamb skewers place**, also in the southeast part of the court; nice lamb with balance of lean and fatty pieces, and always clean tasting and never gamey
– the **curry things on sticks** in the middle of the food court; I don’t always get food there, but I can recognize why it’s so popular
– **Sun’s Kitchen** on the western side of the food court; always hand pulled noodles nonstop, though their menu is large with a lot of good variety and choice (I like the beef rolled in flaky scallion pancake, whatever it is called on the menu)
– anywhere that has those **egg waffles**, or even the **ice cream blocks covered in flaky pastry**; one place that has both is in one of the larger stores in the middle right before the food court (apparently it’s called **Yummies**)
– honestly any **bubble tea spot**; there are like dozens there lol, and several different brands too (some same brands literal steps away from each other), so can’t really go too wrong with any picks (maybe pick off price? familiarity? proximity? idk how I pick mine tbh)
—
And places I want to try (from the article, and from prior knowledge)
– **Yu Shan Yuan Jiang Bing**; it sells Chinese savoury crepes, and I saw it from a youtube video before the article, really want to give that a try
– the newer **Dak Lak** the Vietnamese coffee place; see if their ca phe sua da and other offerings are cracked up
– want to try **dumplings** at Pacific Mall; oddly enough I never go for dumplings whenever I go, so no idea where to even look or begin (maybe I read the article, so look at **Bei Wei Ju** or **Siu Mai Yu**)

The Japanese onigiri place is pretty good too (if a bit expensive)
