Probably the best (Neapolitan) pizza dough I’ve ever had outside of Italy. Sauce was excellent, cheese was creamy and super fresh tasting, the soppressata brought the right amount of spice, and the olives and basil were a nice touch. Will definitely be back.

Of the two I tried (had the bismark as
well), the Diavola was the one I’d have again. It’s definitely a treat yourself kind of pizza at the price range, and I’d ignore everything else on the menu as I found the appetizers to be lacking.

I gotta retry. I was pretty underwhelmed when it first opened but I was unfairly comparing it to the Tokyo style pizza I’ve had in Tokyo which were mind blowing.

generally agree with this thread. the diavola was good (especially the dough), but not particularly memorable. that said, i also got the bismarck, and the first few bites — when it was piping hot and you get the full flavor profile with the egg — were really excellent. but after that, it sort of just becomes a regular pizza.
i didnt quite get the hype, but if this is your local upscale pizza place, you’re in pretty good hands

I love this place. It’s a splurge for sure. You have to dine in and eat it while it’s hot. Pizza like this is about freshness and quality of ingredients. If you wait too long to eat it the magic starts to disappear and the crust loses crispness.
People are whining about price. It’s a great high quality pizza. McDonalds is charging like 13 bucks for a shitty burger meal. People saying this should cost 5 dollars are not being serious.

All pizza prices are going up no matter the brand. 17$-25$ easy unless it’s dominoes, Pizza Hut or papa johns🤮
Omg I love this place!!! Everything is so good. They had this special with potatoes and shallot cream and thyme and ricotta it was out of this world. lil hole in the wall though so expect to wait or order pick up! The chefs literally like whip air into the dough and it comes out heavenly.
