I want to love their cookies so much, but whenever I’ve tried them, there about a 50/50 chance they still have raw dough

It’s okay. I mean it’s a great cookie but I wasn’t blown away.

My last Cookie Off was in 2019. Clean sweep by Le Gourmand.
RIP Milton.

It’s great! I remember it to be a bit better prepandemic – reminded me of Levain’s cookies

Oof… you ever happen upon them when they’re fresh out of the oven? I got there once just as a fresh batch came out and they were so go I nearly cried.
Quinocco
If only they accepted cash.

Best cookies in Toronto hands down. Fuck Craig

When they had their other location on King (it was a bistro but they made the same cookies) people in our office went so often that one of the staff would text us when a fresh batch would come out of the oven. Best cookies ever

Excellent cookie. I don’t hate Craig’s, but LG is much better.

What is the address of the Le Gourmand you got these cookies from? I went to the one on spadina and the cookies were tiny. I walked out because they didn’t seem worth it.

Yes all their baked goods are delicious !
AdLopsided1731
So good but I wish they made them in a smaller size too!

But have you tried Andreas ?
I honestly don’t love Le Gourmand – it seems pretty hit and miss when I go. Defo prefer Craig’s – the great Torontonian cookie divide 😂

The chocolate chip cookies here are amazing 😍🥰
First had them when the boss at my last job brought them in, and they now set the standard for me; it’s a shame I don’t live downtown nor have a regular excuse to go DT (last job was downtown but not working at the moment, going to school again in suburbs)
Always gotta try to get it whenever I can go DT (if not eat right away, at least to take home)

I love the plain chocolate chip but always wat around the outside. Never cooked throughout.
Craigs are excessive and kind of gross

When you get a good Gourmand cookie, it’s phenomenal and best in the city. My problem is that it’s not consistent – have had some incredibly hard/crunchy/borderline burnt ones, and some that are still raw inside as another poster said.
I totally get that’s fair with homemade real cookies, but for the price it’s tough to take the gamble – my success rate is about 50% based on getting them 6 or 7 times.

These are good but Andreas cookies are the best in the city imo. Craigs are meh

Hands down, the best cookies in the GTA
My personal favourite is their Milkyway Pistachio Cookie
BEST.
I moved, and now im sad.
Le Gourmand has the best big, soft, chewy cookie, for sure. But here’s what I want to know:
Who has the best big, thin, crispy cookie? Something like a Tate’s cookie, but bigger.
These cookies make me wet AF
these are the best damned cookies in the city.
but be warned, 1 cookie contains MORE calories than a big mac. so don’t make it a daily habit… lol
Edit: Looked up the actual stats… and it’s more than my original post.

20 bucks a cookie?
Had a chocolate chip cookie there and it was raw cookie dough inside. Not in the best grouping in Toronto
