* 2 cups (200g) potato cubes * 2 cups (100g) broccoli florets * 2 eggs (or 3, depending on your preference) * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon coriander powder * 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * 1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper (whichever you prefer)
**Directions**
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of cooking oil or a pat of butter. 2. Add the potato cubes and fry it until golden brown and soft. 3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender. 4. Season with salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, garlic powder and black pepper, coat everything with spices. And keep the veggies aside. 5. Wisk eggs after adding salt and pepper and make scrambled eggs. 6. Now mix in the veggies and mix everything well. 7. And ready to serve!
