   My wife got me this Bella Bread Maker for my bday last week, just used it for the first time today to make a load of Brioche and a Focaccia!

   I’ve never done bread before but am a bread lover and a lurker here for quite some time.

   I don’t know if this type of machine is considered cheating or not but I’m proud of my creations anyway, plus I played a little with the recipes and they turned out great!

   Will be doing some french toast with the brioche in the morning, and will make some Marinara sauce and melted Fondue for the Focaccia tonight!

   Thank you all for motivating me, and mostly thank you wifey for giving me the best bday gift ever

   Please let me know what you think, if y’all git any suggestions on what I should do next or some good bread machine recipes please help me too!!

   All types of criticism are super welcome too!

   I use my bread machine all the time and just set it to make the dough. It saves me from the messy step and having the paddle cooked into the bread irks me
