I called the restaurant to put my mind at ease and the hostess was laughing, confused about what it meant, sounded happy and thanked me for the concern about them, but assured me they were fine. So, rest easy I guess!

seems like they just synced their POS modifier options without filtering out stuff that made no sense for a third party delivery service, “from us” is something you would modify on an item to indicate that whoever runs it out should tell the guest who receives it that it’s from the house. “sos” is sauce on side.
