My family’s favourite meal to order from AI is their Kaisendon or Chirashidon. It consists of a good selection of sashimi on top of sushi rice. The chirashidon comes with tomago or raw shrimp as well. It tastes super fresh and light, and is a good healthy meal without all the extra sauces that you would get from roles. My favourite sashimi piece in the dish is the fatty salmon or salmon belly piece. It’s usually nice and fatty and almost melts in your mouth. Definitely try it these dishes if you like sashimi.
