    Lunch for 4/17-4/21

    Need to learn how to properly dice tomatoes and onions as seen in the last slide lol

    1 cup dry quinoa (~3 cups cooked)

    1lb lean ground turkey

    Black beans

    Corn

    Pico:

    -4 tomatoes

    -1/2 onion

    -1 jalapeño

    -1 lime

    -Cilantro

    308 cal per meal (then I add a little guac or greek yogurt, couple whole lettuce leafs, and a clementine)
