    First one is sambhar, the mid one is coconut chutney and at last is the tomato chutney.

    This I believe is our Andhra delicacy. Have had it once and was amazing.

    It’s not green beans… it’s from green mung beans before they are split, skin removed and polished. Lots of fiber and protein. I make it every week

    Stuff it with upma or even omelette makes it delicious. Sometimes I grate paneer, add onions, ginger and green chilies stuff it in between and dip it in sambar and eat.

    This is r/dosa.
    Please stop naming things that have names already people. Dosa was introduced by Indians in Singapore.
    Edit: apparently it is a Dosa with a little bit different process. Still a dosa though.
