What is the butcher block board for in front of the knock box? Great setup btw, I’m jealous

I love the tamping station man, I am slowly getting a set up like this, but is very hard to convince the fiance to let me have a whole section of kitchen counter just for coffee, I slowly got her very much into coffee, and now allows me have my hobby and expenses but oh boy that was a slow road to reach!

Clean set up man I really love it, also surprised you only have one scale and one tamper from what I see? I think tampers are kind of a treat I have a few myself! I recommend trying a few yourself, but it does get addicting, there are some distributing espresso tools that have a wdt built-in, I sometimes switch between the two from time to time as well!

This is great thanks for sharing! I love the dosing tubes. Did you make the rack yourself?

Do you use a straw in the nose with those test tubes? It is a legitimate
    Hobby for you?
