Drinks on the menu today include two shots and two cortados. Just realized I’ve been pulling for two years on the flairs. Ive gotten proficient with this small amount of space. If i bring my setup somewhere else it feels foreign. Hopefully this inspires some other setups. You can for sure do it on a table this small maybe smaller.
I spent time with my first flair to dial in the least amount of space needed. And built my work flow around that. Table fits everything perfectly with nothing wasted, even the space between the flair is useful.
Shelves are magnetic I found on Amazon. Lots of different ones, just look for refrigerator storage.
There is approximately 18″ from the refrigerator to the bedroom doorway. The table is only 14″ deep x 24″ wide. Just enough space to setback from the doorway. Not much but it works great.

Tried checking out the nanofoamer? Makes microfoam in a way the cheap frothers can’t
