Absolutely massive beef birria quesadilla from Tejas Birria. Seriously I was blown away by the weight of the thing when they handed me the box. $26 and fed 4 people, not bad.

   Overall a 7/10 for me.

   Decent prices.

   The guys were backed up so we had a bit of a wait.

   The consommé was okay, I felt like it was missing flavor and it wasn’t full of meat like I really like.

   I wish they’d used some kind of corn tortilla for this quesadilla. The flour soaked up too much of the consommé and was a bit on the soggy side, still easy enough to pick up though.

   The actual quesadilla and salsa tasted great.

   Bringing this thing to a get together was fun, people will love it.

   Palo Seco 512 is the move for birria in Austin. Just order 1 of everything and enjoy your leftovers for a day or 2.

   I just had spicy Birria from a place downtown.
   Man it was so much better than regular Birria
