    These veggie dishes seem to be a hit with the fam and we definitely enjoyed this one even though Gai lan has a bitter taste which the sauce masks nicely. Next time, I would add some crispy garlic/shallots on top for some more texture. Also, I’m going to try to take a photo like in the book going forward haha.
