I don’t need one but they are pretty cool looking, are they as good and portable as claimed?

So first wings I made didn’t have that nice crisp and char I get on my charcoal grill.
They were essentially steaming in their juices while lid was closed.
So I went about them differently this time and I must say the results were great.
Ran em for 15 minutes. 5 minutes and then flipped, 5 minutes flip, and then another 5 minutes.
Now I normally pat wings dry prior to cook. At this point I patted them while still on the grill and cooked for another 5. This is when the can came in. I used it to retain some heat but to keep the wings from essentially steaming while it’s closed. After 5 minutes I patted dry again before one last 5 minute run while still using the can to prop the lid up.
