PF Chang is worse than stuff like Pai or Gao San Road by 10x if not 20x. I’ve had it in about 5 cities in the US, it’s about 7% better than your typical Canto corner takeout.
The only thing going for it is that it’s usually ridiculously spacious and looks mid-scale-ish.
It’s not going to survive in Toronto.

I would sooner eat at a Petro Canada. It’s the most overpriced crappy fake Asian food I can imagine.

Considering the fantastic Chinese and other Asian fare in this city (and the fact PF Chang’s was…meh…when I tried it in the US a few years ago), I don’t see how this will last.
If I want knock-off Chinese fare to scratch that depraved itch, there’s Panda Express, otherwise, no thank you, Chinatown all the way.
