Located next to Whipped Bakery.
Hamachi Carpaccio- lacking tartness and balance. Flavor is food.
Bluefin tuna castle- I liked this one better than the Carpaccio.
Sushi- I prefer bite size nigiri. The pieces were bigger than my preference. Overall ok if you live in the area. I really want to try their noodle to the moon dishes next time they have it and once they have a more permanent menu. But their sushi is not something I’d take the effort to drive 35 min to.

Thanks for the review!
I don’t live too far away, and noticed this while out a few weeks ago. I had a bad experience with sushi (in Tokyo no less), so am a bit wary with trying new sushi places, but might be willing to try some of their other dishes.

I know the people from wewantplates are probably crying but I think they actually did a pretty decent job of plating the food. Obviously not a Michelin star job but it does at least look pretty appetizing
