Should I be concerned about the amount of oil this peanut butter has?!
I was trying to find a new and organic one but this one has too much oil! Or is it natural?

Not really, once you stir it, it will get creamy. I’ve tried it where I’ve emptied the oil out but it got really hard at the bottom. It looks like a ton of oil though! But it’s normal for that natural kind of peanut butter.

Stir it with a butter knife. It’ll be ok.

The fact that it has that oil is good. Most peanut butters are loaded with hydrogenated oils aka trans fats aka straight up toxins as well as palm oil (saturated fat) because they’re solid and stop the peanuts’ natural oil from seperating. Real natural no oil added peanut butter will have seperation like this over time, stir it for just 30-60 seconds and it’ll be good to go and way healthier than the ultra processed junk with sugar and trans fat.

if it’s the oil from the peanuts shouldn’t be a problem. sometimes it’s added oils from other sources and then it’s up to you.
I usually just pour it into the garbage, usually plenty of fat leftover

I always dump the oil out

As others have said, this is normal for natural peanut butter. Over time the peanut oil rises to the top. You can put the cap back on and turn it upside down for a few hours or a day or so. That will make the oil go the other way and make it easier to stir.
