I posted a meal we had here just before the xmas holidays, we typically wouldn’t be back again this soon but a close friend wanted to go for her birthday this past weekend so how could we say no? We were pleasantly surprised to find the menu changed since December with some fresh additions for the new year. The Koji Chicken is definitely new, was the first time I’ve ever had a chicken dish here and it was great as usual. The beet salad had a whipped cheese in it that tasted amazing together, I tried a couple bites of the artic char which was delicious and my wife loved it.

    Not much else to say I haven’t already said about this place other than this is already the best meal we’ve had in 2023 so far and we’ll be back again for sure when the occasion calls for it.

    Was this part of the tasting menu? How were the portions?

    I recommended RS to a friend and be complained that he left hungry after having the tasting menu in the fall. I had gone spring 2022 and left feeling quite full.

    Visited for the first time this week, got the Berkshire pork which I highly recommend.

    Cocktails were also skillfully mixed & tasted like heavier pours.
