    The steak was good, but [these potatoes](https://www.seriouseats.com/the-best-roast-potatoes-ever-recipe) were definitely the highlight. Used fingerlings, duck fat and, unfortunately, dried rosemary. Just didn’t have the energy to go back out after the evening run.

    Steak was cooked sous vide to 131°F, then finished on the grill. Asparagus was roasted in the same infused duck fat as the potatoes.
