I’m disappointed there isn’t a second photo saying “I am once again asking you to not tap the barrier”

I go to Wong’s Wok in Silverlake for my fix of this.

Can never go wrong with the classics 🤤

  7. Those corner, hole in the wall, Chinese places have some of the BEST Chinese food! If I want authentic, I have upscale places that I can go, but when I just want something warm, comforting, and RIGHT NOW, these kids of places are my go to.

Reminds me of 5 star Chinese on Broadway! Spent years suspect of it but finally tried it and was pleasantly surprised.

  9. It’s called Golden Panda and it’s literally on the sign on the building no idea why you’d think the place is called “Chinese Food”

The best places are just called “Chinese Food.” No frills, just good eats.

I’m picky when it comes to Chinese fast food. I miss this one spot in Maywood by Food4Less on the corner of Atlantic and Slauson called China Wok. My god their noodles are the best . No veggies just thinly sliced garlic and a lot of ginger and the noodles were fried. Their orange chicken was bomb. Their beef and broccoli too they would separate the beef from the broccoli so the broccoli was always crisp and not all soggy. Their BBQ was bomb. They had a of delicious entrees. It was ran by some older shirt and chunky Chinese lady and her tall Chinese husband. But they left it and it’s now ran buy someone else. I miss that place.
