Curious, though… which steak in town is missing from this list in your opinion?
ALC? Eddie Vs?
Anything lesser known that puts up a surprisingly great steak like the ones on this list? Anything on the list that shouldn’t be there?
Also, I haven’t been to either J Carver or J Prime… are they sister restaurants or completely separate entities?

SP should be on there above the other Brazilian steakhouses.

This selection of restaurants on this list is interesting. Curious how they went about their $$$$ rating as well as they seem a little off.

Wish I had a better experience at Steiner Ranch. Went on a weekend and got lukewarm sides and a very raw steak (filet mignon) which they happily took back but then just severely overcooked it after they brought it back… Pretty disappointing considering how much it cost. Nice vibe in the place though. Lovely view.

I’ve only been to 3 on the list– Jeffrey’s, Fleming’s and Bob’s– and all were excellent, albeit expensive, especially Jeffrey’s.
Dean’s Italian Steakhouse is a place I very much want to try, and its inclusion on this list only underscores that desire. I imagine it will be the next steakhouse I visit.

i’m not a huge steak person but i really liked my steak at Maie Day. And everything else I ate there.
Also Bartlett’s.

Dean’s was the worst steakhouse I’ve ever been. Steaks had no flavor and side dishes were too salty and greasy.

Birch Restaurant? Never heard of them, but all of the staff writers appear to be whitebread Americans with bios written by someone for whom English is a second language. No shade to the OP here but I think the birchrestaurant.com site deserves a solid eggplant emoji/splash emoji rating.
